  • Contact data: until consent is withdrawn or the contract ends.
  • Usage data: no more than twelve months unless a longer period is required.

After the applicable retention period expires, data is deleted or anonymised.


7. Your rights

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection under Articles 15 to 21 GDPR.
